Every connection to healerji.com and the HealerJi app is encrypted with TLS; the site is served over HTTPS with HSTS, and modern browsers will refuse an unencrypted connection. Data stored by our infrastructure providers is encrypted at rest.
Card, UPI and net-banking credentials are handled entirely by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator operating to PCI-DSS requirements. Those credentials never traverse or rest on HealerJi's systems, which is the strongest guarantee available: we cannot leak what we never hold.
Access to personal data inside the company is limited to those whose role requires it, authenticated individually, and logged. Healers see only their own clients' bookings and the notes those clients chose to share.
No system is perfectly secure, and any company claiming otherwise is selling something. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected users within the timelines the DPDP Rules require, with a plain-language description of what happened, what data was involved, what we are doing, and what you can do.
If you find a vulnerability, please tell us at support@healerji.com with “Security” in the subject line before disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge within 48 hours, keep you updated, and will not pursue action against good-faith researchers who avoid privacy violations, data destruction and service disruption.
